La copertina
dell'album mostra la band in abiti Nudie. Parsons aveva portato la band
dallo stilista Nudie Cohn per farsi realizzare abiti di paillettes su
misura per tutti i membri della band appositamente per il servizio
fotografico, ma quello di Parsons era il pił insolito, con una donna
nuda (resa come un tatuaggio da marinaio vecchio stile su ogni
risvolto), papaveri rossi sulle spalle, foglie di marijuana verde scuro
sul davanti e pillole ricamate di Seconal e Tuinal sparse altrove.
Parsons chiese che una croce rossa fiammeggiante circondata da raggi di
luce blu e oro coprisse la parte posteriore della giacca.
